NO RETURN POLICY FOR B2B Orders and Branded Products
We have a NO RETURN POLICY for incorrectly ordered products. As we buy in stock for your specific requirements we are unable to make return should the items no longer be required or incorrectly ordered by the Customer.
Full product Specs of items are available on our website or by request. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser that correct products are purchased. If an order is placed incorrectly, or a product is not deemed suitable, Branded is unable to take return of branded products.
Products with YOUR Branding, is no longer in a saleable condition, and can not be returned.
Replacement of sizing MAY be returned if stock is available at our Warehouse for swap over. A 20% handling and restocking fee will apply. All shipping costs to and and from B-Branded are the responsiblity of the Purchaser.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Claims will only be valid for seven (7) days after the receipt of goods. Prior authority must be sought on all returns;
Claims are defined as products that are faulty or incorrectly supplied based on your raised Order to B-Branded. We have a “No Return or Exchange Policy” on incorrect placement of Customer Orders (eg Size, Quantity, Colour, Style) or for simply changing your mind.
